Abstract
The elements are proposed of methodical provision of assessment of neo-industrial export specialization of region, and namely, such indicators as: coefficient of correlation between dynamics of the export of machines, equipment and transport vehicles and the volume of the machines, transport vehicles and equipment shipped; and relation between average (on the time period chosen) values of these categories. Applicability of this provision is checked on example of the Russian regions. This testing has shown, that the indicators proposed allow to reveal the regions, having high export specialization, independently on absolute production volume.
