In the contents of this paper, there are presented the results of the research developed by a group of teachers and researchers on the subject of identifying the statistical-econometrical models used in the study of macroeconomic correlations. The research took into account the solving of the issue within the framework of a research contract closed with the foreign business environment, preoccupied to know the social-economic evolution in our country. The models identified are used in the studies aimed towards the interest of the foreign partner. At the same time, some aspects of the indicators related to the macroeconomic development of Romania during the last period were outlined.
