Abstract
In the article the analysis of a modern state of the meat and dairy industry of Azerbaijan is carried out. The market opportunities available to the country’s meat and dairy production enterprises have been identified, and several scientifically important proposals have been made for the promising development of the industries in which these enterprises are represented.
