Abstract
In cadrul oricaror stategii de dezvoltare durabila resursa umana este parte integranta si putem sublinia ca este unul dintre cele mai importante elemente, datorita faptului ca orice procese economice au in spate resursa umana, de aceea, resursei umane trebuie sa ii acordam atentie atunci cand analizam evolutie economica, indicatori economici si strategii de dezvoltare.
Metodologic, managementul resursei umane este element foarte important avand in vedere faptul ca agenda dezvoltarii durabile este profund influentata si perturbata de existenta crizelor cu care se confrunta economia mondiala in prezent.
Indicatorii pe care i-am utilizat sunt cei stabiiti si concretizati de Institulul National de Statistica al Romaniei si alte institutiii, in special Eurostat, prin care se armonizeaza si compara rezultate obtinute in aceasta activitate de management al resurselor umane in dezvoltarea durabila, insa, in analiza datelor vor fi utilizati si unii indicatori care s-au concretizat prin cercetari selective (sondaje).

The analysis of the labor resources in Romania in the process of sustainable development
Abstract
Within any sustainable development strategy, the human resource is an integral part and we can emphasize that it is one of the most important elements, due to the fact that any economic processes have the human resource behind them, therefore, we must pay attention to the human resource when analyzing evolution economy, economic indicators and development strategies.
Methodologically, the management of human resources is a very important element considering the fact that the sustainable development agenda is deeply influenced and disturbed by the existence of the crises that the world economy is currently facing.
The indicators we used are those established and concretized by the National Institute of Statistics of Romania and other institutions, especially Eurostat, through which the results obtained in this activity of human resources management in sustainable development are harmonized and compared, however, in in the data analysis, some indicators will be used that have been realized through selective research (surveys).
