Abstract
Dezvoltarea economiei creative a devenit una dintre prioritățile în dezvoltarea și specializarea regională, dar condițiile pentru dezvoltarea economiei creative în diferite zone geografice și regiuni sunt diferite, cu specificul fiecărei regiuni. Am dori să menționăm că în dezvoltarea economiei creative, un moment important este procesul de creativitate, talent. Sper că anumite sfere creative care contribuie la formarea de platforme creative care dezvoltă acel potențial creativ și contribuie direct la dezvoltarea economiei creative în ansamblu. Un alt moment important este impactul tehnologiilor asupra creativității și economiilor creative, care include atât revoluția digitală, cât și impactul noilor biotehnologii care influențează și revoluționează industriile creative.

Creative economy as a factor in the development of neo-industrial specialization of the region
Abstract
The development of the creative economy has become one of the priorities in regional development and specialization, but the conditions for the development of the creative economy in different geographical areas and regions are different, with the specifics of each region. We would like to mention that in the development of the creative economy, an important moment is the process of creativity, talent. I hope certain creative spheres that contribute to the formation of creative platforms that develop that creative potential and directly contribute to the development of the creative economy as a whole. Another important moment is the impact of technologies on creativity and creative economies, this includes both the digital revolution and the impact of new biotechnologies that influence and revolutionize the creative industries.
