Abstract
În condițiile actuale ale crizei pandemice și cea economico-financiare este important să facem și o analiză a veniturilor și a cheltuielilor populației în trimestrul al treilea al anului 2020. În acest sens, am utilizat datele înregistrate de Institutul Național de Statistică în scopul de a pune în evidență modul în care au evoluat veniturile populației, precum și cheltuielile efectuate de populație din toate sursele de venituri pe care le au, în scopul de a pune în evidență perspectiva nivelului de trai al populației din România.
Desigur, veniturile analizate provin din cele bănești, salariale, veniturile din agricultură, cele din activități independente, din prestațiile sociale sau veniturile în natură, adică contravaloarea veniturilor în natură obținute de salariați și de beneficiarii de prestații sociale, precum și contravaloarea consumului de produse agroalimentare din resurse proprii.
Totodată se impune să facem o investigație certă și în legătură cu nivelul și structura cheltuielilor totale efectuate în trimestrul III al anului 2020 de populație în funcție de nevoile fiecăreia dintre familii sau personal. Astfel, cheltuielile totale constau în cheltuieli bănești și cheltuieli de consum cum ar fi alimentele, băuturile consumate, cumpărarea de mărfuri nealimentare, plata serviciilor, dar și cheltuieli pentru impozite contribuții, cotizații și taxe sau contravaloarea consumului de produse agroalimentare din resurse proprii, care sunt și ele evaluate pentru a conduce la un nivel total al acestor cheltuieli.
Atât veniturile cât și cheltuielile se impune să fie analizate pe cele două medii urban și rural, având în vedere atât standardul specific fiecărui mediu, dar și a posibilităților de care dispune fiecare persoană sau familie în această perspectivă.
În articol am prezentat și unele scurte tabele, prezentate în cifre absolute și relative, din care rezultă structura veniturilor și a cheltuielilor pentru fiecare persoană.

Analysis of the evolution of incomes and expenditures of the population
Abstract
In the current conditions of the pandemic and economic-financial crisis, it is important to make an analysis of the income and expenditure of the population in the third quarter of 2020. In this regard, we used the data recorded by the National Institute of Statistics in order to put highlights the way in which the income of the population has evolved, as well as the expenditures made by the population from all the sources of income they have, in order to highlight the perspective of the living standard of the population in Romania.
Of course, the analysed income comes from money, wages, agricultural income, self-employment, social benefits or income in kind, i.e. the value of income in kind obtained by employees and beneficiaries of social benefits, as well as the value of consumption of agri-food products from own resources.
At the same time, it is necessary to make a definite investigation in connection with the level and structure of the total expenditures made in the third quarter of 2020 by the population according to the needs of each of the families or staff. Thus, the total expenses consist of money and consumption expenses such as food, beverages consumed, purchase of non-food goods, payment for services, but also expenses for taxes, contributions, fees and taxes or the value of consumption of agri-food products from own resources, which are and they are assessed to lead to a total level of these expenditures.
Both revenues and expenditures need to be analysed on the two urban and rural areas, taking into account both the standard specific to each environment, but also the possibilities available to each person or family in this perspective.
In the article we also presented some short tables, presented in absolute and relative figures, which show the structure of income and expenses for each person.
